Join EY as a senior consultant in Service Now IT Service Management to lead transformation teams and drive client success.
Location: Anywhere in Country
The opportunity
Lead Service Now Transformation teams, build client relationships, and grow consulting and team leadership skills. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, design and deliver system architecture solutions, and ensure projects meet business requirements.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a Service Now ITSM project.
- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore staff.
- Provide guidance on Service Now ITSM process implementations and technology transformation.
- Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities and recommend best practices.
- Advise on CMDB and ITOM connectivity to ITSM processes.
- Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
- Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk/issue logs.
- Create high quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2‑4 years of relevant Service Now ITSM project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- At least one additional Service Now certification such as
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
- 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
- Experience leading and supervising teams.
- A valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs.
- Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations or HAM or SAM.
- Experience with Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary ranges from $102,500 to $187,900 in the U.S. ($122,900 to $213,400 for select metro areas).

- A hybrid work model; most external, client‑serving roles work in person 40‑60% of the time.
