Salesforce Technical Architect

Sonsoft, Inc. is a USA-based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing steadily, specializing in Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.

We are seeking a candidate with 10-14 years of overall IT experience, including development and architecture expertise.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience implementing CRM solutions with Salesforce and Service Cloud.

Experience deploying  in large-scale, enterprise environments is required.

• 10-14 years of overall IT experience, including development and architecture
• 5-7 years of experience implementing CRM solutions with Salesforce and Service Cloud
• Experience implementing  in large-scale, enterprise environments
• Integration experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (REST, SOAP, ESB)
• Experience with external websites, including content management systems, search, e-Commerce, and related technologies
• Proven ability to develop organizations and achieve results through leadership
• Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining complex technical concepts
• Self-motivated, adaptable team player capable of quickly adjusting to changing customer requirements
