Job Summary

Computacenter is seeking an experienced Data Center Program Manager to lead large-scale data center infrastructure programs. This role will oversee multiple interdependent projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives aligned with business and technical objectives. While AI experience is not required, exposure to AI‑related infrastructure is a plus.

This position requires a hands‑on, highly engaged program leader who is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with extended work hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of data center infrastructure projects from planning through execution.
• Oversee program timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple work streams.
• Partner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical delivery teams.
• Translate business objectives into clear program roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of data center technologies (networking, compute, storage, hardware) to effectively engage technical teams.
• Provide regular program reporting and executive‑level updates.
• Apply Agile and traditional program management methodologies as appropriate.
• Mentor project managers and ensure adherence to governance standards.

Required Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in program and/or project management.
• Experience supporting data center or large‑scale infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel within tight timelines.
• Comfortable working 40–60 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI or AI‑adjacent data center environments (preferred, not required).
• PMP certification (preferred, not required).
• Agile or other program management certifications a plus.
• Experience working with enterprise or consulting environments.
