Bilingual Sr Specialist Email & SMS Marketing

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Email & SMS Marketing (Spanish/Bilingual) to support a high-volume performance marketing team focused on planning, building, deploying, and optimizing email and SMS campaigns. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven campaigns that engage Spanish-speaking and bilingual audiences while maintaining strong brand standards and compliance.

This opportunity is well suited for an experienced email marketer who is hands-on with marketing automation platforms, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing content creation, execution, testing, and performance analysis in a fast-paced environment.

• Write, edit, and proofread Spanish and bilingual email and SMS content, ensuring clarity, cultural relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines
• Build, deploy, and optimize email and SMS campaigns using a marketing automation platform
• Segment audiences and apply personalization strategies to drive engagement and conversion
• Perform quality assurance reviews, including render testing across devices and platforms
• Execute and analyze A/B tests on subject lines, content, calls to action, and send timing
• Monitor campaign performance and deliverability metrics, including opens, clicks, bounces, spam complaints, and inbox placement
• Provide regular campaign performance reporting and actionable insights based on key KPIs
• Partner with designers to align creative assets and copy with email best practices
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet business objectives
• Support setup and maintenance of advanced functionality within the marketing automation platform
• Ensure all campaigns comply with applicable privacy and email regulations

• Professional experience building and deploying email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform
• Hands-on experience with email campaign creation, journey building, and automation workflows
• Native or near-native proficiency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for Spanish and bilingual audiences
• Experience creating and optimizing email assets using Adobe Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to QA work prior to deployment
• Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and performance optimization

• Experience with audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization strategies
• Understanding of cultural nuances across Spanish-speaking regions
• Exposure to analytics tools used for campaign performance measurement
• Experience managing multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
