Cutting-edge DeFi startup is hiring for a Sr Product Designer to join their growing team!

Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of decentralized finance (DeFi) and craft user experiences that stand out in the crypto exchange arena? We're seeking a talented Senior or Lead level Designer to shape the future of a revolutionary on-chain trading platform, blending the best of traditional exchanges with the innovative spirit of DeFi. In this role, you'll be instrumental in refining our platform, which uniquely merges the liquidity of well-known DeFi protocols with the user-friendly interfaces of leading exchanges.

• 4+ years minimum of proven experience in technical product design role + a portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills.
• 2+ years of experience minimum in a crypto, DeFi, Web3, or related blockchain product shop.
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design.
• Strong expertise in Web Flow for responsive web development.
• Experience of Tailwind CSS for efficient web styling.
• Experience in integrating Discord for team communication and working with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Understanding of multi-chain trading, asset bridging, and on/off-ramping UX.
• Excellent at crafting UI components (iconography, typography, color, and graphic design).
• Familiarity with current UX/UI patterns and best practices for Web

• Active in the Web3 space, demonstrating knowledge and immersion.
