Overview

Works under the direction of the assigned manager to perform and coordinate support of all Information Technology Department (ITD) related activities and initiatives for senior executives. Supports applications, infrastructure, and technology-related activities. Provides guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on complex problems to ensure resolution. Assists executives on new products, applications, and platforms. Works with internal ITD staff and operations teams to support customer-specific production systems.

Ensures desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with various systems. Coordinates with vendors to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.

Responsibilities

  • Support applications, infrastructure, and technology-related activities.
  • Provide guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on complex problems to ensure resolution.
  • Assist executives on new products, applications, and platforms.
  • Work with internal ITD staff and operations teams to support customer-specific production systems.
  • Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with various systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a closely related field and Five (5) years of professional experience; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions.
  • Working experience in troubleshooting hardware and software computer-related issues. CompTIA A+ or Network+ Certification is preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Requires ability to operate general office equipment such as a computer and a telephone.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, both written and oral, and problem-solving skills.
