Overview

Akkodis is seeking an Automation Test Lead located in Collierville/Memphis, TN (Hybrid). The base pay range is $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr and compensation may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Range: $60-65/hr (negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors).

• Hands-on Selenium automation scripting combined with performance testing scripting (JMeter) and Functional & Integration testing experience.
• Airline domain experience along with logistics domain.
• Leadership skill to drive the team and represent ACN in front of the customer.

• Simulator/Virtualization tools (Ready
  
  API, etc.) experiences.

• Hands-on Selenium automation testing scripting with performance testing scripting (JMeter).
• Airline domain experience along with logistics domain (functional knowledge).
• Functional & Integration testing experience (manual and integration testing).
• Ability to perform as a client-facing Test Lead (Sr Automation Test Lead).
• Familiarity with virtualization tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and analytical skills.

• Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
• Develop end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies based on business and functional knowledge.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Test Automation Framework; intermediate proficiency in Test Management is recommended; intermediate proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning, Testing Process and Quality Improvement, and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation is suggested.
