. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with daytime hours

As a Data Center / IT Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our data center infrastructure.

• Hardware & Infrastructure
  :
  Install, configure, and decommission servers and network devices
• Perform hardware upgrades and replacements
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance
  :
  Diagnose and resolve hardware issues such as server crashes and network failures
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Cabling & Connectivity
  :
  Manage and organize network cabling and patch panels
• Ensure clean and efficient cable management
• Monitoring & Documentation
  :
  Monitor infrastructure for alerts and respond to issues
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, maintenance, and incidents
• Work closely with remote technical teams for hands-on support
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Compliance & Safety
  :
  Follow data center security protocols and safety guidelines
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum of one year of IT support or data center experience (required)
• Familiarity with data center tools and IT service frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
