We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead and deliver projects involving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology and can confidently manage timelines, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.

• Lead ERP‑related projects from initiation through completion
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success
• Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or optimizations

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• 2+ years of ERP project experience, including at least one implementation
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Sage, Oracle, Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Experience managing cross‑functional technical teams
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience coordinating with offshore and onshore teams

• PMP or other project management certification
• Multiple ERP implementations or large‑scale ERP programs
