Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and analytical business professional based in Egypt, with great attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize and multi‑task. The Retail Account Manager will be primarily responsible for:

• Managing vendors at scale across multiple Middle East countries (Egypt, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UAE) with help of tools and automation.
• Improving business terms and driving business growth for vendors at scale.
• Working closely with cross‑category teams and driving operational improvements in vendor‑management processes.
• Owning vendor communication and relationship to drive vendor self‑sufficiency in long‑term.
• Managing day‑to‑day business relationship, and proactively and autonomously negotiating costs, promotional opportunities, and other business inputs with vendors.
• Demonstrating excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
• Conducting vendor analysis and making recommendations for initiatives that optimize for business growth. Maximizing Amazon’s business profitability and selection expansion opportunities.
• Using data to identify trends, opportunities and risks and translating those insights into actions to drive long‑term growth.
• Coordinating cross‑functional teams, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, while meeting tight deadlines.
• Identifying opportunities for systematic process improvement and driving those improvements at scale.

English & Arabic

• 2+ years of sales or account management experience
• 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
• Experience with Excel
• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

• Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
• Experience in relationship management within technology, start‑ups, or SaaS Platforms
