A Day in the LifeWe are seeking a Digital Transformation Program Manager to join the Strategy & Transformation Team within the Enterprise Risk & Facilities organization. This team operates at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and enterprise transformation, serving as catalysts for Medtronic’s continued evolution in a dynamic environment. In this high-impact role, you will define the art of the possible for technology-enabled experiences and turn vision into reality.
You will lead global strategic initiatives that reimagine how we leverage technology to deliver best-in-class end-user and patient experiences across our facilities. From shaping the roadmap to executing complex projects, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to drive measurable business outcomes. This role can be based at any US Medtronic location.
Define what the technology-enabled future looks like for Medtronic – outline a global, comprehensive technology transformation vision aligned with enterprise goals
Identify opportunities to enhance end-user experience through digital innovation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and process optimization
Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and guide cross-functional teams through execution
Lead end-to-end program delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives
Leverage advanced analytics, automation, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Snowflake) to extract insights and inform decisions
Develop compelling executive-level presentations and storytelling that communicate strategic insights and recommendations
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, global technology transformation initiatives OR Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
Experience leveraging AI to drive problem-solving, decision-making, and genuine efficiency gains
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on expertise working with large, complex data sets and proficiency in analytics and automation platforms (e.g., Power
BI, Power Automate, Snowflake, or similar)Self-starter who excels at managing multiple priorities and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to present analytics and strategy to executive audiences
Mindset of continuous process improvement, innovation, and willingness to challenge the status quo

PR) locations (USD): $ - $. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States.
