This position combines strategic community building with hands-on engagement to foster meaningful relationships between developers, drive product adoption, and create valuable experiences that support our community members' success.

What You'll Contribute
  • Build and implement growth strategies that drive developer engagement, community membership, and platform adoption through targeted initiatives and outreach programs.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to measure community health, identify expansion opportunities, and optimize programs based on performance data.
  • Develop community roadmaps that align developer initiatives with product launches and business priorities while supporting sustainable growth.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure developer insights and community feedback directly influence product decisions and roadmap planning.
  • Execute developer programs including technical events, hackathons, workshops, and webinars that showcase platform capabilities and build developer skills.
  • Oversee community platforms to foster productive discussions, moderate content, and maintain environments that encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Produce content such as tutorials, implementation guides, best practices, and developer resources that accelerate onboarding and adoption.
  • Serve as primary developer advocate, providing technical guidance to community members while representing their needs and feedback in internal strategic discussions.
  • Recruit and mentor community champions and active contributors who can amplify reach and provide peer-to-peer support to other developers.
  • Develop and present quarterly community strategies to executive stakeholders, including competitive analysis, growth projections, resource requirements, and ROI justification for community investments.
  • Navigate competing priorities across business units, translating community insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmaps, sales strategies, and customer success initiatives while maintaining developer-first advocacy.
  • Coordinate feedback collection and feature request processes, working with product teams to prioritize improvements and communicate updates to the community.
What We're Seeking
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in community management, developer relations, or customer-facing technical roles within software technology, B2B, or fintech environments with demonstrated impact on community growth and engagement.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs, or complex developer community initiatives with measurable outcomes in engagement, growth, or adoption metrics.
  • Proven experience in event management and community operations with expertise in strategic developer engagement initiatives, platform editorial calendar management, and creating technical content that drives user adoption and community growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to both architect comprehensive community strategies and execute hands-on tactical initiatives, with examples of personally driving programs from concept to measurable results while managing strategic oversight.
  • Strong background in cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, customer success, and product marketing teams to design and execute comprehensive developer training programs and optimize user onboarding experiences.
  • Technical aptitude with comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycle and hands-on familiarity with developer tools, API ecosystems, SDK implementations, and technical documentation creation.
  • Proficient with community management platforms (Discord, Slack, Discourse), analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics), and engagement measurement systems.
  • Familiarity with developer workflow tools including Git Hub, Stack Overflow, Git Lab, JIRA, and collaborative development environments.
  • Track record of success building, scaling, and nurturing developer or technical communities from inception to maturity with quantifiable growth metrics.
  • Active participation in open-source ecosystems with understanding of contribution workflows, maintainer dynamics, and community governance models.
  • Proven success/ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, including experience influencing without authority across product, engineering, sales, customer success, and executive teams to align community initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication abilities in translating complex technical concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Analytics-driven mindset with experience…
