Data Center Engineer

Description Resource needs to be comfortable on the hardware repair side. As were looking for actual support, need to be experienced with servers, replacing parts. They need to have enough experience, where they are confident in their skills to support. Responsibilities:

Ticket management/Tracking Good problem-solving skills

Great customer service and communication

Ability to work well within a team Great attention to detail

Work in a fast-paced environment

Must have skills:
Basic Network experience Experience reading Linux logs Strong Customer communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well within an onsite team in a dynamic environment Strong Customer communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work well within an onsite team in a dynamic environment Flexible schedule, including ability to support after hours and/or weekend schedules

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
