Location: Memphis, Tennessee (On-site)

This role involves providing onsite support for data center operations. The position requires a hands‑on approach to hardware repair, maintenance, and system support in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced with server hardware, possess strong problem‑solving skills, and be comfortable working collaboratively within a team.

• Provide day-to-day data center operational support.
• Manage ticket tracking and resolution.
• Perform troubleshooting, log collection, and follow vendor‑recommended resolutions.
• Handle parts replacement, hardware deployment, and manage parts shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Support firmware upgrades and hardware break/fix activities.
• Perform OS installation, GPU configuration, and system testing to ensure operational readiness.
• Escort and coordinate with dispatched field engineers.
• Maintain and update environment documentation, including serial numbers and runbooks.
• Coordinate with colocation teams for power, cooling, and facility maintenance.
• Proactively monitor servers and notify the customer of issues.

• Strong customer communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well within an onsite team.
• Must be able to lift 65 pounds and work on a ladder.
• Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours as required.

• Basic network experience.
• Experience reading Linux logs.
• Linux command‑line interface (CLI) experience.

• RoCE network experience.
• Nvidia GPU/NIC experience.
