The Distribution Technology Manager will be responsible for leading system related projects and initiatives within the NA Deliver Network and act as the product owner for the MARC WMS application at the Memphis Logistics Center.

This individual will be responsible for leading Distribution Technology and/or Distribution team-based projects while supporting deployments of WMS, YMS, WCS, TMS and other affiliated distribution systems. The Distribution Technology Manager will be responsible for managing internal employees and external contractors, while driving accountability with all project team members within their scope of responsibility.

This individual will support and drive business case development, concept / feasibility assessments, project planning, system and process design, key milestone tracking, user acceptance testing, enabling change management for impacted work streams, and updates to leadership on project status. This individual will oversee the WMS processes and system by driving accountability and process adherence while designing and implementing enhancements and break-fixes. He will also drive adoption through sound requirements, design and implementation to external business partners while also driving training and ownership within that business unit.

The Distribution Technology Manager will also be expected to perform benchmarking, industry research, and make recommendations for future distribution projects to drive the strategic needs of the business and will oversee the super user community for the facility fostering and encouraging a culture of inclusiveness and diversity.
