Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Field Office Technician to provide on-site technical support for field offices of a military engineering program. This technician would support multiple offices in Memphis, TN. This work will include supporting Windows/Microsoft 365 based equipment and accounts.
SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Responsibilities of the Field Office Technician:- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure and end-user devices
- Conduct network performance evaluations
- Check conference room equipment and AV
- Support end user devices and accounts
- Assist with IT equipment set up and disposal
- 5+ years of experience providing on-site technical support
- Secret clearance
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop
- Experience supporting Active Directory, accounts, GPO, password resets
- Experience supporting security updates and system refreshes
- Experience maintaining laptops, desktops, servers, switches, routers, printers, etc.
- Applicable IT certifications (A+, Security+, Network+, etc.)
- $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
