Enstructure is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Memphis. This is a hands‑on opportunity for an engineer who enjoys designing and supporting modern infrastructure while making a direct impact on end users. The role focuses equally on Microsoft Hyper‑V virtualization and Amazon Web Services (AWS), along with onsite Tier 2/3 support.

• Design, implement, monitor, and support hybrid infrastructure across on‑premises and AWS environments.
• Administer Microsoft Hyper‑V hosts, clusters, live migration, VMs, and cross‑site replication.
• Support Windows Server and Linux workloads, including patching, hardening, and scripting.
• Build and manage AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, and VPC.
• Manage firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and VPNs.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions, validate restores, and document recovery procedures.
• Apply security best practices across servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud resources.
• Help improve infrastructure scalability, redundancy, availability, and resilience.
• Provide Tier 2/3 escalation and onsite Helpdesk support for Houston users.
• Travel to other locations as needed (~10%).

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of infrastructure engineering or systems administration experience.
• Hands‑on Microsoft Hyper‑V experience, including clustering, live migration, and replication.
• Strong AWS experience with EC2, RDS, S3, and VPC.
• Experience administering Windows Server and Linux.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra , Exchange Online, Teams, and Intune.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and VPNs.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to own infrastructure projects from design through implementation.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $59.90 - $64.90 per hour.

The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
