Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Tester with experience in performance and load testing, scripting, and test execution. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with JMeter and JProfiler and will support performance and stress testing activities for online and batch processes. Experience with Postman is preferred.

Required Skills

• Experience with performance testing and load testing.
• Hands‑on experience with Apache JMeter.
• Ability to develop test scripts and execute performance tests.
• Experience conducting stress testing.
• Ability to analyze test results and document performance findings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Postman for API testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scripts for performance and load testing.
• Execute performance tests for online and batch processes.
• Conduct stress testing to evaluate system behavior under varying workloads.
• Use JMeter to configure, run, and monitor performance test scenarios.
• Use JProfiler to investigate application performance and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Analyze test results and document performance observations.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to communicate findings and support performance improvement efforts.
• Online load test completion reports.
• Batch load test completion reports.
• Performance and stress testing results.
• Test execution evidence and documented findings.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
