Litigation Associate

Employment Litigation Associate – Memphis, TN. A respected national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Employment Litigation team in Memphis, TN. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience to grow their career under the mentorship of experienced partners in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

• Handle employment litigation matters from start to finish
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery requests
• Prepare and argue motions in court
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in mediations and client counseling
• Advise clients on employment law compliance, including handbook reviews, training, and policy development
• Contribute to client education initiatives using innovative legal technology platforms

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive litigation experience
• Experience in employment law is preferred but not required
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
