We are seeking an experienced attorney with 8+ years of general business and transactional work with closely held businesses, as well as first chair M&A experience. Portable business a plus but not required.

Qualifications• Excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
