* * The Litigation Attorney will handle a full caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence-based claims in Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong litigation skills, capable of managing cases from initial filing through trial or resolution.

* Key Responsibilities:

* * Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
*
* * Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed
*
* * Prepare complaints, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation pleadings
*
* * Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
*
* * Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and effective case progression.
*
* Qualifications:

*
* * Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
*
* * Active and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar
*
* * At least 2-3 years of personal injury experience preferred
*
* * Strong written and verbal communication skills
*
* * Proven ability to manage deadlines and caseload
