Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our client's team. This role will support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from pre-claim investigation through trial and appeal. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of litigation procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and file them with the court
• Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and organize case files
• Manage pleadings and discovery indexes
• Prepare and organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices for hearings and trials
• Assist attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
• Gather and analyze relevant information from various sources
• Coordinate with trial teams, clients, and external third parties
• Provide support in settlement negotiations and case resolution

• Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal
• Strong knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in computer applications, case management software, and legal databases
• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or relevant certification required
