We currently operate out of over 40branches across the nation and are looking to expand our footprint into more locations soon.

Due to our company’s growth, we are now hiring full-time Field Investigators. In the Field Investigator position, you will drive alate-model, company-issued car in designated areas and locate vehicles that are subject to repossession. You will directly interact with our recovery agents and customers, however you will

NOT physically repossess the vehicle. Each car is equipped within-cab computers so that you always have direct access to your team.

Each vehicle is also equipped with camera technology. This process helps you locate vehicles that are subject for repossession by our recovery agents; they handle the actual repossession, not you! Youwill also be issued a company-provided fuel card, so allwork-related expenses are paid by UR2. This position pays a base hourly rate of $14-$15/hour with bonuses.

United offers thorough training for our newly hired Field Investigators at our corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN (travel,meals, and accommodation are covered by United). During the training, you will meet with internal operations that will serve asyour support while in the field. You will experience hands on training in a classroom environment and in the field. In the classroom, you will get a better understanding of this position andthe tools you will use to succeed.

In the field, you will run routesand make contact - seeing first hand the role of a Field Investigator.

What we are looking for:

A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision.

An excellent communicator. Knowledge is power and the ability to clearly communicate that information makes you apower-player in the field.

What you need:

Be able to pass pre-employment processing: background checkand urinalysis drug test.

Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record tobe approved by our insurance.

Fuel card to cover gas expenses.

Eligibility to enroll in major medical, dental, vision,disability, and life insurance plans.

Eligibility to enroll in 401(k) savings program with company match after 1 year of tenure.

Hourly pay structure with bonus opportunities based on performance.
