* Position Summary:

** The Vice President of Operations will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of our provider groups. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of healthcare operations, exceptional management skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The VP of Operations will work closely with executive leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance the efficiency, quality, and financial performance of our services.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Strategic Planning and Execution:
*** Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
* Collaborate with executive leadership to set short-term and long-term objectives for operational performance.
* Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and quality of care.
** Operational Management:
*** Oversee the day-to-day operations of provider groups, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
* Monitor and evaluate operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
** Leadership and Team Development:
*** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational managers and staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
* Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
* Provide guidance and support to operational teams to achieve their goals and objectives.
** Financial Management:
*** Develop and manage budgets for operational departments, ensuring cost-effective operations.
* Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
** Stakeholder Engagement:
*** Build and maintain strong relationships with provider groups, stakeholders, and partners to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
* Represent the organization in meetings with external partners, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
* Communicate operational goals, achievements, and challenges to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
** Quality and Compliance:
*** Ensure that all operational activities comply with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
* Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
* Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex healthcare operations and achieving operational goals.
* Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.
