Pay: $62,500 annually (plus up to $15,000 in annual bonus potential)

The District Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding service goals within a district of routes. The role reports to the Service Manager and may manage a service center. If a service center has more than seven routes, the District Manager becomes classified as a Senior District Manager.

• Develop and motivate a district to become a highly productive team through training, meetings, daily check‑ins, positive work environment, route rides, and strong relationships with RSRs.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service through visits, audits, new installs, problem solving, open communication, and negotiation with customers.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety and Service SOP.
• Drive retention and growth by soliciting new customers, upselling / cross‑selling, ensuring a profitable product mix, monitoring competitive activity, and overseeing promotions/contests.
• Communicate changes and policies, oversee route organization, project a professional image, and collaborate with other departments in the branch.
• Complete route responsibilities when necessary, safely operate a delivery vehicle, and comply with all applicable laws.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and perform other tasks as directed by supervision.
• Senior District Managers also oversee a service center, secure the facility, manage inventory, oversee deposits and paperwork, and communicate effectively with the processing plant.

• Support other service personnel as required by supervision.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record; must be 21 or older.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with ability to follow directions and manage time effectively.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and types of product, and to calculate accurately.

• High school graduation or equivalent experience.

• Frequent travel within the branch area.

• Operating vehicles on public roads and in/out of customer locations, loading areas of a laundry or service center.
• Indoor and outdoor areas of an industrial facility.

• Sitting, driving, stooping, moving equipment, kneeling, reaching overhead, lifting up to 75 lbs, standing, walking, writing, speaking, hearing.
