CCI Consulting has a great Senior Distribution Production Supervisor opportunity with one of the largest Pharmaceutical Distribution companies in the US. This is a 2nd shift role with full-time hours between 2pm - 11pm, Monday to Friday. Under the general supervision of the Manager of Operations, the Senior Production Supervisor supports warehouse operations through supervision and accountability for all outbound processes, including accurate, timely, and economical picking, packing, and shipping.

This includes overseeing the verification and record-keeping of outgoing shipments of several thousand pharmaceutical SKUs, including controlled substances, temperature-sensitive items, and DOT-regulated products. Ensuring proper packing procedures and providing direction to warehouse associates is essential. A constant awareness of warehouse safety and strict compliance with FDA, DEA, DOT, FAA, and OSHA regulations is required.

Qualifications include strong leadership and people management experience, with at least five (5) years of successful supervision in receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse logistics. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Ideally, candidates will have at least three (3) years of experience in order fulfillment within an FDA, DEA, or OSHA-regulated environment. Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus. This is a permanent, long-term role with benefits.
