Ensure the success of the Memphis Plant and delivery of the Manufacturing Strategy through development of the Maintenance team and implementation of Maintenance Excellence.

• Direct management of 5–10 staff and indirect leadership of 10–12 hourly technicians
• Oversight of contract maintenance resources
• Stewardship of annual maintenance budget ($3–$4 million)
• Asset care for $450 million RAV

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence across organizational levels

• 7-10 years of maintenance leadership or other relevant experience in a chemical plant environment, preferably in a high hazard, PSM site
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical field preferred
• Expertise in preventative, predictive and repair maintenance methods

The salary range for this position is $131,300- $139,100. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
