JOB PURPOSE:

Ensure the success of the Memphis Plant and delivery of the Manufacturing Strategy through development of the Maintenance team and implementation of Maintenance Excellence.

Responsibilities include:

Effective execution of maintenance programs

Compliance with processes and standards

Development of staff capabilities aligned with site goals 2.0
DIMENSIONS:
· Direct management of 5–10 staff and indirect leadership of 10–12 hourly technicians
· Oversight of contract maintenance resources
· Stewardship of annual maintenance budget ($3–$4 million)
· Asset care for $450 million RAV 4.0
PRINCIPAL

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

** Provide world-class customer service to Operations by ensuring timely and effective repair of defects
** 4.2
** Ensure maintenance activities comply with internal standards and external safety, health, and environmental regulations, including oversight of contractors
** 4.3
** Manage the Maintenance Department to build technical capability and support training and development for all team members
** 4.4
** Champion implementation of Maintenance Excellence work processes and management systems
** 4.5
** Lead site productivity and sustainable improvement initiatives
** 4.6
** Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to ensure effective PM/PdM/Asset Care and Integrity programs
** 4.7
** Provide leadership and oversight for MRO and critical spares programs
** 4.8
** Share best practices with other maintenance managers across the company  5.0

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE/

SKILLS:

** 6.1
** 7-10 years of maintenance leadership or other relevant experience in a chemical plant environment, preferably in a high hazard, PSM site  
** 6.2
** Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical field preferred
** 6.3
** Expertise in preventative, predictive and repair maintenance methods The salary range for this position is $131,300- $139,100. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
