Position Summary
Manages day-to-day facilities operations across owned and leased buildings in West Tennessee, including the Odell Horton Federal Building and Ed Jones Federal Building & Courthouse, and leads the Memphis administrative/service desk hub.
Key Responsibilities- Directs 24/7 emergency response for maintenance failures, asset protection, health and safety issues, and entrapments across assigned facilities.
- Operates the Memphis administrative desk as a local service call intake and building access badge enrollment center.
- Supervises maintenance mechanics, custodial staff, and local specialized subcontractors (elevators, construction).
- Monitors vertical transportation performance against the required 99% annual uptime standard and coordinates ASME A17.1-compliant inspections.
- Tracks and reports regional Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) performance, including service call response times and maintenance completion rates.
- Supports development and annual update of each facility's Building Operating Plan (BOP).
