We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to work closely with plant management to develop plant personnel and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role requires a strong background in a similar industry and a commitment to continuous growth.

Hourly Pay: $24.00 – $26.00

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Maximum)

Location: 363 Burma, Memphis, TN 38106

• Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site.
• Perform pallet sorting, light pallet repair, forklift operation, and customer service duties.
• Lead production and provide customer support when necessary.
• Work overtime as needed or participate in swing shifts at times.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar facility.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Ability to communicate with plant management effectively on a regular basis.

• Ability to work in extreme conditions (heat, cold, air particulate).
• Repetitive lifting up to 50–75 pounds and adjusting body position (bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, stand) for entire shifts of varying lengths.
• Noise level varies by location.
• PPE is required (eye protection, ear protection mandatory at several locations, safety shoes).
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision.
• Must have a good sense of balance and good eye‑hand‑foot coordination.
