We are looking for a Production Supervisor for JBS/Memphis TN Plant. The role will oversee all aspects of assigned production line(s), including scheduling, line preparation, production execution, and personnel management. The supervisor will manage day‑to‑day control of assigned department activities according to prescribed schedules, priorities, production flow and processing specifications, ensuring production efficiencies are met. They will evaluate assigned work performance and take corrective action while leading, coaching, and training assigned personnel on work standards and ensuring those standards are consistently followed.

• Effectively manage assigned personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
• Monitor and supervise all aspects of assigned production line(s).
• Assume responsibility for production quality and continuous improvement.
• Assume responsibility for production‑related communication flow and coordination between line workers.
• Ensure all administration tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
• Bilingual preferred.

• Standing, walking, bending, lifting, stooping, crouching, kneeling intermittently.
• Must be able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
• Must be able to frequently and regularly use wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
• Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents, products, or operate machinery.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Bilingual preferred.

Must be able to work for long hours in a no‑kill food processing environment, where it is wet, damp, and cold. Temperatures are frequently below freezing, and employees are expected to remain in these conditions for most of their workdays. Base salary range of ($60k - $81k).
