Production Supervisor – Electrical / Test Lead

We are supporting a new manufacturing operation launching in the Mid-South region and are seeking a hands‑on Production Supervisor with strong electrical depth to serve as the senior technical authority on site.

This is a working supervisor role — ideal for a Lead Industrial Electrician or Senior Electrical Technician ready to step into broader responsibility.

What this role does:

• Serve as the on‑site technical escalation point for electrical and test‑related issues
• Own the test area, including safety, procedures, and final acceptance decisions
• Supervise a small production team (initially 3–5 employees)
• Coordinate daily production flow, quality, and throughput
• Trouble‑shoot electrical and control‑level issues as they arise
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety and lockout/tagout practices
• Act as the primary technical interface with off‑site engineering support
• Support startup activities, training, and early production ramp‑up

Background we are looking for:

• Senior Electrical Technician, Lead Industrial Electrician, Electrical Lead, or similar
• Strong experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Comfortable with control‑level wiring, testing, and troubleshooting
• Experience acting as a technical decision‑maker or escalation point
• Prior experience leading or training others (formal or informal supervision)
• Ability to balance production demands with safety and test discipline
