This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Machine Operator based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production processes are efficient and meet quality standards. Day‑to‑day tasks include setting up machines, monitoring their performance, performing necessary adjustments, conducting quality checks, and following safety protocols. The role also involves working collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth production process.
Qualifications- Proficiency in machine operation and handling machinery
- Experience in quality control techniques and standards
- Familiarity with the use and handling of hand tools
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in machinery operation is a plus
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
