• Over 4,000 Full‑Time Associates across the Supply Chain

The Sewing Operator position is located in Claremont, NC.

• Read and understand production tickets and be able to interpret simple sewing instructions commonly placed in a sewing manual.
• Sew upholstery.
• Ability to double‑needle sew, top stitch, and serge, cushion, flat, slipcover, borders, and zippers.
• Making sure the sewing is straight and in alignment with cover pattern with no dropped stitches.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in fabric sewing for upper end upholstered furniture.
• Experience in production of upper‑end upholstery fabric sewing in an upholstered furniture manufacturing environment.
• Work in a manufacturing and fast‑paced environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills—oral and written.
• Ability to keep accurate records.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and standards.

• Ability to lift, pull, and manipulate heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
