Job Title:
Electromechanical Assembler Responsibilities
- Assist in mechanical and electrical builds of customer products.
- Understand and interpret basic wiring schematics and diagrams.
- Perform tasks such as crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing wires.
- Work under direct supervision with frequent monitoring.
- Follow detailed written or verbal instructions, including visual aids and schematics.
- Ensure work area is clean and organized according to 5S standards.
- Comply with company security policies and procedures.
- Coordinate tasks with team members for projects requiring multiple people.
- Keep inventory personnel informed about spare parts inventory and locations.
- Conduct real-time testing for point-to-point testing to ensure accurate wiring.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 1+ years of experience in electrical or electromechanical assembly.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly.
- Experience with electrical wiring, including machine building.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, graphs, schematics, and diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to draw valid conclusions.
- Competence in using a Windows-based operating system and related software.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in industrial electricity, maintenance, or manufacturing specialties.
- Experience in mechanical assembly with wiring experience.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts.
- Creative and analytical thinking ability.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
