Job Title:

Electromechanical Assembler Responsibilities

• Assist in mechanical and electrical builds of customer products.
• Understand and interpret basic wiring schematics and diagrams.
• Perform tasks such as crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing wires.
• Work under direct supervision with frequent monitoring.
• Follow detailed written or verbal instructions, including visual aids and schematics.
• Ensure work area is clean and organized according to 5S standards.
• Comply with company security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate tasks with team members for projects requiring multiple people.
• Keep inventory personnel informed about spare parts inventory and locations.
• Conduct real-time testing for point-to-point testing to ensure accurate wiring.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of experience in electrical or electromechanical assembly.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly.
• Experience with electrical wiring, including machine building.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, graphs, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to draw valid conclusions.
• Competence in using a Windows-based operating system and related software.

• Experience in industrial electricity, maintenance, or manufacturing specialties.
• Experience in mechanical assembly with wiring experience.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts.
• Creative and analytical thinking ability.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Memphis,TN.
