About the Role

Lead CNC programming and mold design/repair for plastic injection molds
, jigs, and fixtures. You’ll program toolpaths, redesign components for longevity, and drive continuous improvement in a busy tooling group.

What You’ll Do

Perform mold design, repair, and improvements
; reverse engineering
Plan sequences/operations; estimate cycle/process time
Create and maintain CNC files/data
; train peers on CNC basics
Collaborate with production planning and engineering on standards

Must-Haves

5+ years in plastic injection molds (design/repair)
5+ years on CNC equipment (mills, lathes, EDM)
5+ years
CNC programming (Mastercam/Solid Works/UG)
CAD/CAM proficiency; strong manufacturing math; on-site availability

Loud manufacturing environment; hearing PPE required; exposure to moving mechanical parts/fumes/heat.
