Vanguard Soap is a dynamic manufacturer based in Memphis, Tennessee, with a history dating back to the 1940s. We specialize in higher-end natural and specialty bar soaps and liquid personal care products, developing unique formulas for various purposes. Our products are sold through major retailers across the US.

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a manufacturing shift or area. Our high-speed packaging lines produce consumer soap products and other personal care items, with frequent changeovers. The supervisor will be responsible for onboarding and training new staff, leading a team of approximately 20 people, and ensuring quality products are produced efficiently and on schedule.

Minimum Requirements: An Associate Degree or enrollment in such a program, along with 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably managing production lines in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Demands: Walking, standing, bending for up to 12 hours; lifting 25-75 pounds; exposure to chemicals, fragrances, and other substances.
