Job Title:

Assembly Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble aluminum formwork components according to specifications and blueprints

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards

• Read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes

• Report any defects or issues to supervisors promptly

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

• Properly handle and store materials and equipment

• Perform basic maintenance on assembly tools and equipment

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

• Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and up to 75 pounds with assistance
