Reser’s is seeking a production supervisor for our Memphis, TN facility. You will coordinate production line operations, monitor equipment, and lead staff to achieve safe, efficient output. English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus and forklift experience is helpful.
Responsibilities include communicating with management on variances, maintaining housekeeping, and enforcing GMP and safety guidelines to deliver quality products in a refrigerated plant environment.
