AAON, Inc. is seeking a Welder for night shift in Memphis, TN to weld HVAC units according to blueprints and company standards. You will set up and adjust welding machines, perform vertical, horizontal and overhead welds, and ensure workmanship meets TPM and lean manufacturing practices.
Responsibilities include inspecting welds for cracks and spatter, reading blueprints and weld symbols, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while collaborating with a team to meet production goals.
