Mgr-Field and Event Marketing

POSITION OVERVIEW

Drive field marketing strategy including events, special projects, partnerships, and regional marketing programs to generate pipeline and build brand awareness.

• Select, lead, educate, develop and motivate a staff of employees
• Lead special projects and initiatives to optimize marketing effectiveness, including digital transformation, automation, and innovative event formats
• Develop comprehensive annual events and field marketing strategy to drive pipeline generation and brand awareness
• Provides strategic oversight of trade show participation and event sponsorship programs for maximum ROI
• Maintains responsibility for planning and executing customers and prospect events to drive engagement and revenue
• Establishes regional marketing campaigns and partnership programs to expand market reach and brand presence
• Drives coordination with sales teams on field marketing support and lead generation initiatives
• Implements comprehensive measurement and reporting on event ROI and pipeline generation performance
• Manages strategic vendor relationships and budget allocation for field marketing programs
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
• Perform other assignments (or duties) as required

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience
• Five (5) years’ experience in field marketing and event marketing
• Experience planning large-scale events and trade shows
• Strong understanding of event management strategy and data tracking for event campaigns
• Strong project management and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Must be willing to travel
