What You’ll Do- Serve as the strategic partner and advisor for a portfolio of clients — understanding their goals, challenges, and opportunities across all marketing channels.
- Develop data-informed strategies that integrate digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, social media, email, and creative assets to meet client KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and account teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and on-brand.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, emerging platforms, and creative innovations — and use that insight to inform your recommendations.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights that clients can understand and get excited about.
- Lead strategic discussions and brainstorms that challenge assumptions and inspire bold, effective ideas.
- Stay proactive — identifying new opportunities to grow your clients’ reach, engagement, and ROI.
- A strategic thinker who can see both the big picture and the tactical path to get there.
- A self-starter with a knack for juggling multiple projects and clients without dropping the ball.
- A curious learner who’s always exploring what’s new in marketing, from AI tools to storytelling trends.
- A creative problem solver who enjoys finding unexpected solutions that deliver measurable results.
- A clear communicator — in writing, in meetings, and in how you interpret and present data.
- A team player who collaborates with empathy and energy, making those around you better.
- 3–5 years of marketing strategy or account management experience (agency experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of marketing channels (digital ads, social, SEO, email, content, web).
- Comfort with data analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing multiple clients or campaigns at once.
- Familiarity with creative production and campaign execution processes.
