• Assists in creation of written content including customer success stories, email campaigns, magazine articles, and social media copy
• Leads nexAir’s ongoing customer segmentation initiatives by industry code, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and regular updates to support targeted marketing efforts
• Provides ideas for promotional materials that meet nexAir’s brand and messaging standards
• Works with team to design graphics that support marketing content
• Coordinates leads and requests from nexAir’s Sales Leads e‑mail addresses
• Builds lead lists and researches contacts for the Sales Team
• Organizes customer gift inventory and sends gifts for the Sales Team
• Attends and assists with coordination of events as needed, representing the nexAir brand
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant work experience can substitute for the degree
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team and with all levels of employees, management, and service providers
• Excellent organization skills, project, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments simultaneously
• Ability to accomplish projects within a timely manner
• Proficient using the web and latest versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Some travel may be required

Required:

High School or better.

Preferred:
Bachelors or better.
