Event Marketing Consultant

The Events Marketing Consultant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events aimed at promoting the bank’s brand, products, and services. Working closely with the Events Marketing Manager, Events Marketing Specialist and broader marketing team, this entry-level role assists in all logistical and administrative aspects of in-person and virtual events to ensure successful delivery and positive client experiences.

The Events Marketing Consultant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events aimed at promoting the bank’s brand, products, and services. Working closely with the Events Marketing Manager, Events Marketing Specialist and broader marketing team, this entry-level role assists in all logistical and administrative aspects of in-person and virtual events to ensure successful delivery and positive client experiences.

• Assists with the organization and execution of a variety of both in-person and virtual events, including internal and client-facing programs.
• Coordinates event logistics such as communication with event venues, F&B, prepping event materials and event set-up and breakdown.
• Helps compile invitee lists & track RSVPs.
• Creates and manages event communications and other components needed in Stova (meeting management system) for both marketing and market-led events.
• Provides on-site & virtual event support.
• Assists in tracking event expenses and other post-event reporting.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to manage on-site event management including attendee registration coordination and pre/post event set-up and tear down.
• Ability to coordinate the transfer of goods needed for in-person events.
• Ability to travel for off‑site events when needed.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed for event coordination and hosting.
