3–5 years of proven experience managing multiple projects with interdependencies 8–10 years of business experience across diverse roles Strong leadership skills to coordinate large, multidisciplinary teams Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and drive consistent methodologies Experience in highly regulated environments; medical device Q/RA experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  401k Matching Program, 401k Plus Program, Discounted Stock The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $111,625 -$ USD annually.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
