Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

Shift Type: Night Shift (2:00 pm–10:00 am)

As a Night Shift LPN/RN, you will provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to residents, coordinate with the healthcare team, and respond to life‑saving situations. You will be part of a community that values collaboration, continuous learning, and recognition.

• Model a contagious, positive work ethic and genuine caring
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity to patients and team members
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications orally, subcutaneously, IV, and record them accurately; report adverse reactions per policy
• Record vital signs and patient medical information
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment, interpret and record electronic displays
  
  Initiate corrective action when patients show adverse symptoms
• Provide bedside care, change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs, prepare equipment, and aid physicians
• Respond to life‑saving situations in line with nursing standards and protocols
• Participate in discharge planning
• Manage time efficiently and use organizational skills to meet commitments
• Document all care information concisely, accurately, and timely on appropriate forms
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of qualification
• Up‑to‑date first aid and CPR certification
• At least one year of experience as an LPN or RN in a long‑term care setting (preferred)
• Knowledge of Matrixcare preferred
