RN ICU Director

Nealy Pierce has been engaged by an award winning, 90+ bed community hospital in Tennessee to recruit an inspirational and collaborative ICU Director (RN) to join its nursing leadership team.

• Growing 90 bed community hospital that has served its community for over 50 years
• Position will manage a mixed 10 bed Med/Surg ICU that treats a variety of patients including medical and surgical patients
• Reports to a transformational and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer

• Annual base salary up to $115k + annual Director level bonus incentive up to 10% + relocation assistance/sign on bonus
• The ICU Director (RN) will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the department; managing and leading the nursing team; ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality; planning and administering the annual budget with the CNO and building positive and collaborative relationships across all levels

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred / Associate's degree in Nursing required
• RN Active License State of Tennessee
• Minimum two (2) years of ICU leadership experience
• At least three (3) years of Critical Care/ICU nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Proven track record in leading and managing teams, improving patient satisfaction and employee engagement
• INSPIRATIONAL and collaborative leadership style is a must
