Job SummaryThe Med/Surg Tele RN delivers direct patient care, monitors telemetry rhythms, manages treatment plans, and collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence‑based care. This role also includes supervising delegated staff and supporting high standards of quality, safety, and clinical practice throughout the unit.
Qualifications- Active RN license/permit in the state of Tennessee (required)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
- BLS – Required upon hire
- ACLS – Required within 3 months
- CPI – Required within 3 months (for behavioral health/float assignments)
- PALS – Required within 3 months (for ED/float pool needs)
