Qualifications :
RN with a BS / AA / diploma in Nursing and at least 12 months of RN experience (6 months in hemodialysis required). Valid state nursing license, BLS certification, and driver’s license. Ability to travel locally to multiple sites and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
