North American Partners in Anesthesia invites experienced Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our rapidly growing practice in Memphis, TN. This per‑diem position offers diverse case mix and flexible scheduling.

Baptist Memorial Health Care’s 80‑acre East Memphis campus houses the flagship Baptist Memorial Hospital‑Memphis, the Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women, Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital, Baptist Women’s Health Center, Baptist Memorial Restorative Care Hospital, Baptist Heart Institute, and several physician office buildings. The region serves three acute‑care hospitals and multiple ambulatory surgery centers. The hospital has earned American College of Cardiology chest‑pain center accreditation, AHA Get With the Guidelines Stroke Awards, and is highly rated in multiple adult procedures by U.S. News.

• Conduct pre‑anesthesia assessments and obtain patient consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options, risks, and recovery expectations with patients.
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patients’ physiological status throughout the procedure.
• Perform clinical interventions as needed.

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Certification or recertification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
